What is DentaFlex?
DentaFlex is dental practice management software that brings patient records, appointment scheduling, treatment notes, billing and walk-in registration into a single fast workspace for dental clinics.
Is DentaFlex suitable for small dental clinics?
Yes. DentaFlex is designed for clinics of every size — there are no week-long setup wizards or bloated EMR menus. A small practice can start managing patients and appointments the same day.
Can patients register themselves?
Yes. Patients scan a QR code at reception and complete the intake and medical-alerts form on their own phone. Submissions land in a moderation queue for staff to review and approve — no clipboards or retyping.
Does DentaFlex send appointment reminders?
Yes. Reminder emails are sent automatically before each scheduled visit, helping reduce no-shows.
How is patient data kept secure?
DentaFlex is multi-tenant: every clinic is an isolated tenant and staff can only access their own clinic's data. Access is governed by role-based permissions for Owner, Admin, Dentist and Receptionist roles.
